bbbfd1e7da [docs] Simplify multi-instance development with direct PYTHONPATH 
Replace pip install -e . --prefix=./.local approach with simpler PYTHONPATH method:
- No pip install required
- Code changes take effect immediately
- Each worktree is completely isolated
