Keep only core test files:
- test_ruler.py - main RULER benchmark
- test_xattn_estimate_alignment.py - XAttn kernel validation
- utils.py - shared utilities

Remove 8 files (recoverable from git history):
- bench_estimate_block_size.py
- modeling_qwen3.py
- test_chunk_attention_graph_reuse.py
- test_cudagraph_memory.py
- test_gpuonly_density_alignment.py
- test_hierarchical_estimate.py
- test_quest_policy.py
- test_sequential.py
